Monitoring Report on the implementation of the National Children's Strategy

One of the important functions of the National Children's Advisory Council is its monitoring role in relation to the National Children's Strategy. A progress report, detailing the actions taken across Government Departments and agencies was submitted to the Cabinet Committee on Children by the National Children's Office in December 2002. The Council established a sub-group to examine this report and to co-ordinate responses from all of the Council members. This monitoring report, was then submitted to the Minister for consideration in July, 2003.
